Dear new students,
we sincerely welcome you to the dormitory.
To help you start your communal living in this new environment safely and enjoyably, we would like to inform you abou tthe dormitory orientation as follows.

Ⅰ. Dormitory Orientation Schedule
   1. Move-in Date: February 25, 2026 (Wed) 07:00 - 08:30 (Please be punctual)
      * After checking into the dormitory, unpack in your room and go to your classroom by 08:40

   2. Check-in Location: Female students Vision Hall, Male Students Creation Hall (respective room)
      * Please note that parents are not permitted to enter the rooms. This is a regulation for communal living, and we ask for your kind understanding.

   3. Room Assignment: Assignments will be posted at the entrance of each dormitory (1st floor) upon move-in.
      * In principle, 4 students from different departments (classes) will be assigned to each room, but exceptions may apply when unavoidable.
      * Please use the bed and wardrobe corresponding to your assigned room number.

   4. Dormitory Orientation Session Time: 21:00 - 22:00
                                                           Place: Bongam Hall 2nd Floor (Gymnasium)

Ⅱ. Documents to Submit Upon Move-in
   1. Dormitory Application Form (attached form)
   2. Dormitory Consent Form (attached form)
   3. Personal information Use Consent Form (attached form)
   4. Health Survey Form (attached form)
   5. Tuberculosis Test Result (Chest X-ray)
   6. Hepatitis B Antigen Test Result (Blood test - HBs Ag)

* If required documents are not submitted upon move-in, check-in will not be permitted.
* Please submit all 6 documents listed above to the dormitory supervisor on the 1st floor of the female dormitory upon move-in.
* Tuberculosis test results and Hepatitis B antigen test results must be submitted after hospital testing. There are no attached form for these.
* It may take approximately one week to receive medical certificates after health examinations, so please get t4ested in advance.
